Historically the 3 Mobile online store had used a number of agencies and internal resources and the result was a patchwork of interfaces and experiences.

Through extensive collaboration we redefined key strategic objectives to optimise the users purchase experience. In just 84 days the new site was redesigned and launched, the result is products are now better highlighted, cross-selling has been successfully introduced, and customers are served specific product information.

Conversion rates have boomed with 3 Mobile now converting 4 times more customers online. We continue to work with 3 Mobile’s on site enhancements, new product launches, and site optimisations for ongoing conversion rate increases.
